"What's in a name? I have been with State Farm for many years and don't see that changing with agent Kaan. He and his staff genuinely want to help and are patient with all my questions. They are prompt at returning my calls and provide personal service. (I once had an assistant work 1/2 an hour in their driveway to reset a driving app in my car.) They make efforts to listen and work alongside me to personalize policies to fit my needs. They act as good stewards of my financial resources. His name is difficult to spell but he makes insurance simple. :)"
